I am trying to pair my trekz headphones with my ionic. They do not pair. Can you pair other headphones that are not fitbit products?

Best Answerstart with your headphones off.
On your ionic, go to settings, and search for a new device.
turn your headphones on and keep holding the volume + button until you hear the voice say pairing (about 5-6 seconds)
You will see trekz (I have trekz air) by aftershokz pop up.
Select this to pair.
Thanks for this!!! I spent an hour trying before I found your response and it worked the first time!!!
