I am trying to pair my trekz headphones with my ionic. They do not pair. Can you pair other headphones that are not fitbit products?

It's nice to see you here, welcome @Jennyarbrough84! Yes you can my friend! Connect up to 8 Bluetooth audio devices to your Fitbit watch, including Fitbit Flyer headphones, to listen to playlists on your watch.
When you add a new Bluetooth audio device for the first time, make sure both the device and your watch are in pairing mode.
To pair a new Bluetooth audio device, follow the steps below or scroll down to watch the video:
When pairing is complete, a check mark appears on the screen.
To see these steps in action, watch our video:
To listen to audio with a different Bluetooth audio device:
Hope this helps, let me know if you need further assistance!

start with your headphones off.
On your ionic, go to settings, and search for a new device.
turn your headphones on and keep holding the volume + button until you hear the voice say pairing (about 5-6 seconds)
You will see trekz (I have trekz air) by aftershokz pop up.
Select this to pair.

Are your treks headphones now working with your ionic? Do they stay connected when running outside?
