Thanks for calling this out. Our team is aware of this issue with Clock Faces and Apps not populating for certain users and we are currently investigating the cause.

Hi Matt, I am a new user of Fitbit (my first day!) loving the Ionic but I have this very same issue.
My app crashes whenever I enter Clock Faces or Apps, this is frustrating but I am "happy" to see im not the only one and hope the error is fixed soon 🙂

Hi there. Unfortunately, I run with the same Issue. When I hit either Clock Faces or Apps then I see loading spinner, maybe 1 second or 2s. really short time and then empty screen.
iphone se
ios 9.3.5 (I wont update it because of performance issues after update)
Fitbit app 2.52
I was restarting my iphone few times, reinstalling the app and no luck 😞

No, unfortunately. The problem seems to be with the app itself.

Same problem here. Tried the following with no luck:
So as of now I cannot change my watchface or download any new app. Hope fitbit will fix this issue soon.
(and does it only impact a small percentage of users?)

I've got the same problem. I can't even see the daily details like heart rate, calories, steps..etc.. on the main screen. So sad

Nothing is working on my Iconic . I fully charged it and the face still remains blank no apps showing up and it won't let me choose a watch face. It gets hooked to my Samsung Galaxy S7Edge and shows a big Green tick and that's it. Please help me I'm desperate I just got it today.

I've been having some trouble with new faces not working period some work. Then some work for a while then crash.
I hear that this is a known problem after I got the watch wouldn't have if I'd known maby a disclaimer should be issued before you sell items with faulty software.
And this was after I had a faulty button on a blaze man I must need shooting I think I'm a glutton for punishment.
For some a hard reset will help you.
For others we just goto wait until fitbit ask some Real programmers to find the glitch that's seems so eluding.

It’s been 6 months, any solution in sight? Got my Versa today and I can’t download anything onto it bc of this glitch. Very frustrating.

It’s been 6 months. I just received a versa for Christmas and the apps and clock faces still don’t work and I can’t open either page to change or add anything. Please release a solution. We were promised the problem would be addressed in June. People would think twice about buying these if they knew there were problems and that you don’t follow through on resolving known system issues.

My screen will not display half the time. Sometimes it comes back for a moment. When it works I've tried resetting it, that does nothing. Sometimes the screen works and then fades out. It still tracks steps etc but can't display anything. Really dissatisfied. It's less than a year old and working less well than the original flex I replaced.

Any fix yet? I put my versa on the charger with one face and it came off with another tha is very difficult to read...I did NOT change it myself. WTH? Now I can’t change it cause the app won’t load on my iPad or my S9, not that it has synced with my phone in 4 months since a Samsung update...which peeves me immensely!
