So tired dealing with this . Why is Fitbit so buggy. I have the Ionic and have been updating it since last night . Feels like waste of money spending on this device.

Hi. I have also tried to setup the Ionic since yesterday, I manage to link and sync it but the firmware update fails immediately before end by showing red X. I tried 4 times from phone, twice from laptop. How many times should I try to update the Ionic by updating firmware in order to work? Ps,: I restarted the clock, updated phone, removed device from app, added again, puting it closet to router, with the phone, nothing....please help?

As you might saw the 7h ago post, the problem with the endless updates was due to a soft error recognized and they say solved also.
I followed all the recommended steps without having success. Please try to provide personalised answers in the future. I will keep you guys updated regarding the outcome of my updating process also.
