Fitbit Ionic Not Syncing Completely?

I noticed tonight that my fitbit ionic hasn't synced my workout today or my sleep... Seems to have synced my steps though? Is anyone else having this issue? I keep trying to force sync and it still says last sync was 7ish last night.... Even did a reset of the watch

I have been having the same trouble it won't pick up my steps or sleep only calories I've unpaired it uninstalled the Fitbit app re installed the Fitbit app but then it won't pair with the Bluetooth after several attempts it connect's to Bluetooth but by morning it's back to can't syn or find tracker for £79.99 is it worth it

This isn't possible, *if* you can't connect at all, to the Ionic, right?

I can factory-reset, which removes everything, and is also not able to be re-connected (via Bluetooth), so then it's essentially "dead", in terms of use.

Meanwhile, I can delete, re-add, whatever, my Charge2, same Bluetooth stack, some machine, etc.

I saw there's an Ionic firmware update yesterday, but I can't actually update it, same reason...

 

FB really needs to get on this, or risk losing a lot of customers, IMO.

I'm happily back on my Charge2, it's ultra-reliable, as it always was, and auto-start works as it should, to-boot (auto-start never worked properly for me, see my thread on this).

 

I'm returning my Ionic next week, barring a fix to the app that cleans this up.  Looking at the Garmin, same basic functions as the Ionic, but it's got close to zero sync-ing issues, ever.

I'm having the same issue. Steps sync but exercise, sleep, etc. I'd hit or miss, 95% miss. Aggravating. About to return the Ionic due to this

Exactly not Good enough really as not a cheap tracker mine still sync when it feels like it but I do like the watch also customer service not really helpful either

My Ionic began spontaneously rebooting several times a day, so I called and complained. I sent it in and they replaced it with a new one.  The new one works great.

 

I strongly suggest calling and complaining to get a replacement if you have syncing issue. I was thinking my syncing issues were due to an incompatibility issue with my Android, but that wasn't the case at all. The new one syncs perfectly.

I can't set mine to sync...going to take it back to shop...useless fashion watch.
