Hi,
My Fitbit Ionic(adidas edition) have been dead for 3 days and doesn't come back at all.
I have two kinds of chargers, one is the charger stand and the other charger cable, but my Ionic doesn't work with both chargers, so it would be a problem on the watch.
I have tried to do everything explained in this community website, e.g. cleaned on the charger connector, tried to reset the Ionic, etc. but nothing come out on the screen, totally died.
Please tell me how this problem can be fixed.

Unfortunately mine just did the same thing today. It no longer charges and I've tried different charging methods without any luck. It is 3 days shy of being a year old but it shouldn't just die out like this.

I am suppose to have a case with them too. I have had one since Sunday but I still have not received an email. I have had the same issue and I have tried all fixes. Cleaned the battery tried both my chargers and cleaned the back and still it's just dead. In the middle of sleeping it decided to just die. It's not even 2 years old.

Must be the year of dying Ionics. Mine showing no signs of life after several years. Based on responses and the marketplace, we are living in an era of disposable $250 trackers.

Mine is dead too. Called and the best they would do is a 25% off coupon for a new tracker. Mine was a couple months past the warranty period. After 7 years and several trackers I've decided to leave Fitbit. I guess that's why they are called the company of disposable trackers. Switched to Samsung and wow what a difference. You can feel the difference in quality.

@Troy1234 Mine died after 18 months and am offered a 25% discount. Wondering if someone else makes one with GPS built in and you can wear swimming?

Very similar story here; have only had it since Christmas so is 8 months old. Battery says charged, but then quickly goes to zero. It is not the charger, the posts or even a 3rd party clock face

Seems that all the irónica are having this issue and the best Fitbit will do is give us 25% off. This to me is ridiculous. Pay $300 for a watch that lasts less than two years is not the way to go and I feel that they need to refund us some how. Not a way to make a name for yourself for sure.
