My 5 month old Fibit Ionic suddenly got black screen, can not charge, tried to press the 3 bottons at the same time and hold them for 30 sec. Nothing happend.
Guessing by the name you live in Norway? We are far more costumer orriented here when it comes to fault. My mistake is that the store is bankrupt (spaceworld soundgarden) so I can't take it with them. And since my watch has a minor cosmetic damage they won't help me at fitbit. It's like refusing to honor a broken motor because the paint job got a scratch.
