every time i try to set up a credit or debit card over fitbit pay wallet i get the following error:
"Some of the card details you supplied were incorrect. Please verify and try again".
I have verified every field and i'm sure credit cards belong to an "approved fitbit pay bank list"
Tried to uninstall and reinstall the wallet app but same error.

Has anyone encountered this error? I'm trying to add a Chase Visa CC which is on the list of supported cc/banks. It will say "500 internal server error" before I can put in my billing address. Any solutions?

I kept getting the same message "Unable to verify your card at this time". I tried using another device (iPad) - made sure wif-fi was switched off as I am behind my work firewall. Also checked there were no spaces or special characters in my devices name (use underscores instead of spaces as I have heard of connectivity issues) and mine all went through ok.
I hope you all get connected.

I'm getting similar error with Starling Card - UK. Have tried 3 times and at the last step after getting message 'Your card was successfully added to your fitbit wallet' - after select <Finish> , it throws up the same error 'cannot verify card at this time. Please try again later'. very frustrating..

See my earlier message regarding trying to add a card using a different device, and ensure there are no spaces/special characters in your device’s name - I think it was the latter that prevented me from completing the last step. I replaced any spaces with an underscore.
Good luck!

I just got a versa 2 and was also facing an issue when adding my chase card. For me, I was able to fix the issue by changine the state from the 2 letter code to the full text. For example, I put NY and it failed. I changed it to New York and then I was able to successfuly add my card. I hope this helps.

Trying to set up a card using the FB app on an iPhone (hardly a fringe product).
trying to insert the same card as spouse has on her watch. Says “looks like we don’t support this card...”
but it’s clear that you DO.
Your system is broken.

Same as me
Fitbit is the issue to resolve this joke of a system
Not correct the problem is Fitbit and B4B card. Will not let you validate or register it. Ticks are good when entering payment but then a message comes up “payment not gone through. Then no way of contacting Fitbit customer service to resolve. Very poor
Cannot be an issue with the phone you are using If is WiFi or internet. You get through but get an error message when you have input the details.
