The entire face fell off my ionic and all of its guts came out! They replaced it in December and today the face fell off the replacement too. Anyone else having this problem? I am not rough on the watch and I have never dropped it.

UPDATE: I called cust. svc. and said that my replacement Ionic screen had popped off, too. (After only 4 months). I stated that I knew I was beyond the warranty period of one year, but this was unacceptable. He was cool, stated that he couldn't do anything but maybe his supervisor could. Talked to her, said that I really wanted to stay with Fitbit, but no amount of discount would encourage me to buy more inferior product (nicely!). She had me write the case # down, snap a photo of Ionic, and reply to her email. Handled that while she stayed on the call with me. 2 minutes later, she came back w/ an email offering a free replacement Ionic, or 50% off any other product. I opted for the free replacement. So, that restores my faith in Fitbit to stand behind their products.
The game plan, going forward, is to use the $9 cover I bought from Amazon to prevent the screen from popping off of the "new" one. IF that works, life is good. IF it fails, I'll have to look elsewhere.
I hope this helps other users to at least TRY this approach. Good luck, and have a great weekend.

Exactly. Check out their reviews on Consumer Reports website. If you purchase again the same result. I now use the Apple Watch and love it. Just did not have another $300 to throw away.

If they were any good they'd not allow the screens to come off at all, I've now contacted the local trading standards .

The same thing happened to me just the other day! I was able to pop it back in but the adhesive is no longer sticky so it doesn't stay.

Thanks for that info - was hoping a regular but decent superglue brand was enough. My screen has just come loose a couple of days ago, and after two Charges fell apart about a year in to each, and now this Ionic being maybe 18 months at most, I am going the glue route also...

Take the time to clean out the old glue and dust from the shelf the screen sits on. You may need a pair of tweezers to scrape off the old adhesive. Afterwards, use a bit of alcohol on a cotton swab to clear the dust.

FURTHER UPDATE 12-7-19
My $9 cover is not only keeping the darn screen from popping out, it also adds a minor amount of protection from water. I know you folks are trying to glue the screen back on, but, so far, this screen protector is doing the job. Hope you have a great weekend!

My face fell off also, and I'd say I'm pretty easy on my fitbit.
I tried to just set it back on hoping I could use some glue to secure it, but placing the screen back on isn't getting me any activity from the tracker. I got mine in October, so I'm a little disappointed in the durability of this one. will have to switch to apple now as they are not fixing mine.
