Home screen showing all zeroes. Must go into menu to see stats

Are you using the original home screen clock face or a third party clock face?

I have noticed on my third party clock face it does occasionally go to all zeroes as well. In my case it comes back after a restart. My Ionic won't restart on the clock screen and I have to swipe to the apps page then press the left and lower right button at the same time for about 5 seconds to get it to restart. The other way is to go to the options app then scroll down to 'about' then scroll down to shut down. Shut down then press the left button to restart the device.  I think there is some glitch between the clock face I am using and the Ionic software.
