Is there no email address for fitbit customer service anymore? All I found is twitter and phone support. I don't use twitter and don't want to sit on an endless call begging for help. My list of issues with ionic is growing daily so I need to open a case and see if support can help or if I should give up and return it. Thanks

I can't find it either. My Versa simply can't be charged. Whether it's a fault ing charger or the Versa, is one question...how do I deal with it?
One complaint With regard to the charging issue there is no way to find out if the unit with our removing it from it's charging block. The fitbit Versa is the only personal electronic device that allo0wds the user to confirm that it's charging by having to remove it from it
s its charging bock. Not my Apple MacBook, I hones, iPad, not my Samsung 7 "tablet, not my Motorola phone, etc. ALL of these device allow me confir4m that my device charging. My Versa does not.
If this the best fitbit can do then my next watch will be an Apple Watch.
Not that I could find....

Best AnswerI bought my watch in the United States but I live abroad in Egypt (and now am stuck due to Covid-19) The online chat doesn't work for some reason. It just pops up with an error every time. I don't have twitter. I can't call the call center because that would be insanely expensive to make an international call. My warranty expires in a couple of weeks. I was planning on returning it when I got to the States but now I'm stuck abroad. It would cost several hundred dollars to have it shipped back from Egypt even if I could contact Fitbit about how to do this. I'm quite certain they wouldn't want to pay to have the new one shipped to me here either. They need to have some form of electronic communication that works. Is there a secret to getting into contact with a human at the Fitbit company electronically?

Best AnswerAs per today, there is no email support for fitbit. Even if you send an email to address above all you get is this:
