Is the only way to clear all notifications to scroll all the way down to the bottom of notifications? If I haven't done this in a while it can take quite some time, there has to be a faster way. Any help here?

I agree with you, I have notifications going back to June 2017 and have tried everything to get rid of them. I think the developers need to sort this out now!

I don't know why this says "SOLVED" when it clearly is not!! The developers need to get on this ASAP!!!

I also went to the bottom of the notification list, and there is nothing that says clear all. If I cannot clear notifications, I may just turn them all off so I won't get any more.
FYI my app has been updated.
Same here! It's sickening!!!

Useless.. I could write a program that could sort it out in a couple of hours, given details of their DB..
A whole new recent release and they still haven't sorted this mess out..! Pathetic in the extreme..

Same problem here with the permanent red dot in the iPhone app and a notification about a SmartTrack exercise that I can't delete.
Can we get an update on this from fitbit please?

You are kidding aren't you, all these companies ask for feed back then delete the stuff that is not favourable then pat themselves on the back that they have good feed back. What amazes me is that then when their sales start declining they blame the market conditions. When will they learn that keeping the existing customers happy is what generates more sales not getting adds to pop up when you browse the web in google or the likes. Save the money wasted on advertising and improve the product then sales will increase. Am I happy with Fitbit sort of, am I happy with their response to feedback NO would I recommend them to anybody NO. I put a suggestion in when I first purchased my Fitbit suggesting they integrate with Omron and the likes to include blood pressure. Two years latter nothing but positive feedback from existing Fitbit users but no action from Fitbit. It is just "Best Practice" to ask for feedback but no mention of the fact that you have to actually action what is suggested on the feedback. Blood pressure is the next step for them to achieve but in the mean time pick it up from another sensor or device.

Please don't hold your breath whilst waiting for even a response from Fitbit on this. They know they have stuffed up but don't want to admit it or they will have to fix it. Time to look at a Garmin or some other device.

You can delete notifications? Really? Wish I could. I see your note here is from the past, so maybe they deleted that ability with one of the updates. A 2 1/2 year old notification that I exercised won't leave, nor will any others. Swipe to one side and it takes me to my sister's old message that I can't delete, either. Swipe the other way does nothing. Swiping up and down just moves the screen. Brilliant app.
