My son locked my ionic and it tells me on the watch to "Unlock with your phone" I can't find anywhere on the ionic app to unlock the watch. Please help.

Congrats. Worked. Was getting seriously worried there. 🙂 but I will try Garmin next time. The bugs are getting ridiculous.

It says to enter the code displayed on my Ionic, but my Ionic doesn't display a code -- it only says "Unlock with your phone." How can I enter a code that is supposed to be displayed on my Ionic when my Ionic won't display anything except the message "Unlock with your phone"?

I purchase fitbit versa watch but that is locked so plz re open the lock. I tried to so many times but not show device lock so plz solve this problem.

Hi Community,
I am receiving the same message ie UNLOCK USING YOUR PHONE. My problem appears to be that the App has dumped or disconnected the IONIC. Why? No idea. So easy fix, I hear you thinking, Add Device, yep, so on we go, all good, UNTIL, yes the CODE, can't see it because the WATCH is …. still locked. Any ideas? Thanking you in eager but frustrated anticipation.

Mine will not show me the code to reconnect to my phone. It buzzes when it connects and asked for the code on my phone screen but when I look at the watch it says unlock with you phone. I'm so angry and fed up with fitbits not working. This is the third model I've had issues with.

Hi,
I have the same issue - How can I enter a code that is supposed to be displayed on my Ionic when my Ionic won't display anything except the message "Unlock with your phone"?
I am not able to add back my Ionic to App, because as far as I get to place where I shall add 4 digit PIN, instead of displaying PIN it says, guess what - yes "Unlock with your phone".

I went through all the steps until the 4 digit codes as I could not read it in the Lonic because it is still locked. So I could not complete the sitting? Help please.

Mine will not tell me the code to add to app after I removed it.
Any other options?
I tried the three finger factory reset, it did nothing except tell me to unlock with phone....
