Just changed my original Ionic for the Adidas edition.
It's sets up as normal and works fine.........for about an hour.
It's now not syncing with my phone/,app . My bluBlueto shows its connected but the app won't sync and tells me there is s Bluetooth issue .I e done everything that's been suggested and still no joy. Can I assume that this is a firmware issue ? I did update to the latest one ?

Thanks - similar experience (using Windows 10 on Laptop and Android on Smart phone) despite trying all work rounds suggested. Expensive piece of kit that can't be relied, great shame. As I don't appear to be alone this Fitbit will be my last. Just glad my old Garmin 310XT still works.

I had same issues, deleted my old Blaze from my fitbit app and my phone connections and everything seems to be working now.
