Ionic and S9+ not pairing

My 1yr old Ionic just went through firmware update. Before update my ionic would keep my s9+ active without me having to go through security measures to open phone. The two are paired but I cannot find this setting again. Any help?

@Earl57 Welcome to the Community. Thanks for the details mentioned and the troubleshooting tried. 

 

When you perform a firmware update, you don't need to pair your watch again to your phone. I would like you to make sure all day sync is enabled and Bluetooth is on. Learn more about it by checking this article: How do Fitbit devices sync their data? 

 

If you're having syncing issues, please try this syncing troubleshooting. Could you provide me with a screenshot of what you're seeing in your app?
