Ionic not receiving text message notifications

Has the text message notification issue being fixed? 
I cannot receive any text message notifications on my Ionic. I just receive WhatsApp notifications

Not that I've found. It's been months of this, completely absurd.

I found this solution! you have to change your message notifications on your phone to “show previews (always)”

 

if someone texts you and you can’t read the text on your locked phone your settings need to be changed. So basically you have to give up your privacy to get texts on your watch.

Before you can receive notifications from your phone on your Fitbit device, it’s important that you carefully review and update your notifications settings on your iPhone. 

 

The required settings changed with the introduction of iOS 13. Please make sure you follow all instructions in this article

@SilviaFitbit  What about for Android, specifically Android 10 on a Samsung S10+.

Notifications to iPhones seems to be haphazard at best, one day I’ll get only email notifications, some days texts, some days WhatsApp, some days a mixture and some days none.

when will Fitbit sort this out?
