My Ionic, which was recently replaced by Fitbit under warranty, is suddenly starting lit up when in sleep mode. I tried 4 reboots, changed the watch face, and it still is happening. It drains the entire battery in a few hours. I don't
see any data when this happens just an illuminated grey screen. I'm really frustrated as I've already had to replace one unit. Any ideas?

That sounds weird! Try a factory reset (settings app on the watch and scroll down to About). But if that doesnt work it is back to Support (link in my signature)

Thanks so much. The factory reset worked! I think that the clock face I'd been using conflicted with my Android system update. Before I did the factory reset, I'd tried choosing a Fitbit standard clock face. It didn't resolve the problem until after I'd done the factory reset. Thanks so much for your help. I will write the clock face developer and let them know about the issue.
