Is it over 12 months old? I know alot about these watches and the issues they have which is too long to list.. In a nutshell most only last about 6 months. They send a replacement that only last through the original warranty of 12 months. They're plagued with issues the worst being water damage from a faulty seal. Fitbit refuses to acknowledge this problem, but it exist. I've been through two watches that suffered screen issues because of the seal. The second watch they sent me lasted right outside my warranty and they wanted me to purchase a new one! They offered a discount, but who wants to purchase a watch that you know won't last? Crazy tunes man, I'm telling you....

Try doing a factory reset with the buttons. Hold all three buttons for about twelve seconds. When the Fitbit logo appears, then disappears, release the bottom right button until there is a strong vibration. If that does not turn it on contact Tech Support. If defective they should replace it for you. That might be your end solution.
