Log in Suddenly Changed

My Ionic has suddenly stopped accepting a code to unlock it and now asks me to unlock with my phone. How do I do this?

After ten wrong PIN codes it locks the device and you need to use the app to reset the code. Instructions are in this help file: https://help.fitbit.com/articles/en_US/Help_article/2250/

To sum it up. Open the Fitbit app. Go to the ionic settings. Tap device lock. Choose a new pin code. 

 

Do not remove ionic from your app or Fitbit account.

Hi,

Thanks for your help but it does not work. I can get to the log in on
the app but when I try to log in to my Ionic it asks for the number
displayed on the Fitbit screen. I can't see it because there is just a
picture of o phone and a message asking me to log in by phone.

I will persevere!

@Endosteve is your ionic still connected to your Fitbit account? 

I have no idea what your referring to with "The login to my ionic"? I've never heard or seen a login to a Fitbit device. 

 

You want to reset the pin on your ionic From your ionic settingsFrom your ionic settings

 

Enter your phones unlock codeEnter your phones unlock code

 

Tap change pinTap change pin
