Same here. Ionic is reporting fw version 27.33.1.30 and says it's up to date.
Yes, we know the update is being rolled out to all users. It's been 2 months since the 1st post on this thread. Are you using pigeons to deliver the updates?

As per the message above, their is a warning saying the Ionic and Software all have to be updated, which it is. their is no ability to install Spotify, we are on an apple iphone 6s. When I liked it to my samsung I could install it, however it only worked intermittently. Very frustrating! when all the other android and iphone and samsung watches work ok.

This is exactly what I get, this is on the iPhone 6s. But not on the Samsung.

@Jaustin1127,@Dawnisbreaking and @mbaptista. Thank you for your participation on the Community.
The latest firmware version is 27.70.7.14. Currently you have one of the oldest firmware version and that's why you're unable to install Spotify.
The firmware update is a progressive rollout which means everyone will receive it at different stages until it has been completely released to all users. We roll out releases in phases as a cautionary measure so that we can monitor performance closely and make adjustments if needed.
Please make sure you keep your app up to date in order to receive the firmware update.
I'll be around if you have any additional questions.

The screen shot provided is exactly what I'm experiencing; walked through all the steps to update and the firmware is still 3 version old.
I didn't see a rollout schedule for the update, if anyone has one.
I'd like to return this iconic if it is going to be this much trouble - and wait for Google or Apple to provide something.

@SilviaFitbitThanks for the procedure to check the conditions for installing Spotify. My Ionic is a couple of Firmware updates behind, while all messages from the Android Fitbit app (version 3.4.2) confirm that the watch is up to date, at this moment Firmware 27.33.1.30., through the functionality 'Check for Ionic update' with the answer ' Ionic is up to date! ' (with sync + Wifi conditions fulfilled continuously)
Because this update 27.33.1.30 can be considered as obsolete (I guess), I do not understand why I am 3 Firmware update roll-outs behind resulting in a failure installing Spotify.
If the roll-out is scheduled, what is the plan in terms of timing?
Thanks.

@Fra_64 Welcome to the Community. Thanks for the details mentioned and the troubleshooting tried.
I truly appreciate the screenshot shared. It's pretty weird that you haven't received the latest firmware version. Please try the following in order to receive the latest firmware update:
- Turn on all day sync
- Make sure you have a supported mobile device
- Sync at least 1 or 2 times at a day
Keep me posted. I'll be around if you have any additional questions.

Thanks for the reply.
- Turn on all day sync --> Yes, fulfilled, from purchase date on (July 2019)
- Make sure you have a supported mobile device --> Yes, tried 3 mobile devices, these are NOT the Huawei's. Syncing several times per day, nearly always succeeded (95% first time sync, 5% succeeded 2nd or 3rd try). Clearing cache at App level is done multiple times as described, as well as re-installing the App from scratch.
- Sync at least 1 or 2 times at a day --> Yes, minimum 4 times per day, and more with intensive training & activities. The Ionic is used rather intensively with more than 4 activities / week, the sync processes are working perfectly. The bluetooth and Wifi are "on" at night.
Before sending the initial message, I went through all procedures @ Fitbit help and community more than 5 times, and thought about it thoroughly to make sure I'm not missing something, tried multiple approaches such as different mobile phones, finally resulting in posting the report of this issue.
Thanks for your advice.

@SilviaFitbitDoes that mean that I have to continue using the Firmware version 27.33.1.30 without installing Spotify, as all conditions are fulfilled (App version, all-day sync on,...) and checked with different mobile devices?
