For the last 2 nights, my Fitbit Ionic has not been tracking my sleep . I have tried logging out, rebooting my IPhone, restarting the watch... has anyone had this issue, and how did you resolve it?

Hello @SunsetRunner it's nice to see you again participating here in the Community Forums, let me give you a hand with your sleep concern.
Seems odd that your Ionic device is not tracking your sleep as the way we designed, thank you for troubleshooting this matter prior to posting. To better assist you, can you please let me know when was the first time you experienced this and if this was experienced just the 2 past nights? Also, your device didn't recorded Sleep Stages but gave you simplified sleep logs, or no sleep information at all? Which mobile device you're currently using? In the meantime I receive your answers, I recommend you to follow the next steps:
Let me know how it goes, I'll be around.

Same here, sleep data wasn't recorded for the last two nights.
I also cant sync since this morning (Failed to sync device).
My device stooped working couple of weeks ago and they sent me a new one, but heaps of issues since then. I'm almost done with Fitbit and all the issues, it's not worth the money anymore. Apple watch here I come.

I'm having the same problem as well. Sleep stages weren't tracked since Saturday and it didn't track my sleep at all on Wednesday. I have done a hard restart on my ionic several times without any luck. I have also been having other random issues. Including steps not being tracked and rapid battery drain. These items seem to have resolved after a restart. I am using Ios and an iPhone XR.

.
I had to manually set the start/end times for the missing days. The last is particularly vexing, as I synced it before going to sleep, and upon awakening.

I've had my Fitbit for over a yr now and worn it the same way in the same bed.
Now for the last 4 days I get simplified log or no log.
I think this is a FITBIT problem not a user problem.

@iwoe I appreciate all the details that were shared in your post, thanks for your update. To better assist you with this, can you please let me know which mobile device you're currently using to sync your Ionic? Can you please make sure that it's compatible with our products and services? Is your device recording Sleep Stages or auto-sleep graphs? In the meantime I receive your answers, please restart your device.
@RWFarley Thanks for the detailed information that was shared in your post, the table that was posted was really helpful for me to better understand this situation. That said, to better assist you with this, can you please let me know when was the first time you experienced this and how many times since then? Also, please take in consideration the information that was shared on my previous post and let me know how it goes.
@Kata404 Thank you for the information that was shared with me. seems odd that your device is recording sleep information in such way. To better assist you with this, when you received the auto-sleep log there was any error message on the actual sleep log? If so, what the error message stated? Please check this information and keep me updated.
See you around.
