Step Goals - Conflicting information since update

Hi All, 

hoping you may be able to help with an issue i'm facing.

since the latest update i am having issues with my step goal.

on the App, my step goal shows 7,500, on my Ionic it shows 8,000 but when i reach the goal it changes to 12,500 on the Ionic. i also don't get the fireworks when i reach my goal anymore.

i have reset the watch, numerous times, but doesnt update anything. 

i do have a downloaded clock face, but i have had it for quite some time and never had an issue until this update.

Anyone experienced this or can give some tips?

It's pretty weird that your step goal isn't matching. I would like you to confirm you've set it properly in your Ionic by following the tips mentioned in this article: How do I set or change my Fitbit goals?

If you're still seeing different information then provide me with a picture of what you're getting in your Ionic and the data that's changing when you sync.
