Watch is displaying wrong time

My watch is displaying the wrong time. It is currently 11:31 and my watch says 10:31. I’ve tried to reset it but nothing works. Any suggestions.

Going to www.fitbit.com logging in and going to personal info - and timezone was wrong

Try downloading a new clock face and then sync. Seemed to work for me.

So, I tried to revive my Ionic once again, but when it came back to life this time, it shows the date as Jan. 6, 3:00 p.m. (it is actually Feb. 19, 9:00 a.m.). 

My Fitbit Ionic is over 4 years old.

I did a "hard" reset.  Didn't work.

I synched my Iphone multiple times to the Ionic.  Didn't work.

I went into settings to take it off "automatically" and picked my time zone.  Didn't work.

I shut down my Iphone and then restarted my Iphone - IT WORKED!
