Totally fed up of inconsistent sleep stage data..mainly all now basic info every night,contacted fitbit followed their alleged fix,no joy there,followed every known restart,reset,tight band ,sleep sensitivity settings etc etc,literally every thing tried to no avail,every single other function working good..no explanation from fitbit if this is a background software/firmware problem on their end & if they are working to fix the issue as it seems to be a wide problem now...anyone got any info on if they are fixing the problem?

Mine was performing fine just the way I was wearing it. This happened two days ago and it has happened now on two nights. It is a bug I’m telling you and fit bit is useless and telling me what to do to fix it
