notifications to my fitbit

I recently upgraded my phone and the notifications are not coming to my ionic.  I've checked the wifi  and Bluetooth and they are both on.

@clownlover, notifications do not use WiFi, but they do use Bluetooth.  Have you checked the Ionic to ensure Notifications is enabled?  Press & Hold the left button to bring up the screen with Screen Wake and Notifications on it (you may have to swipe left or right to display it after holding the button), and ensure Notifications is set to On.

Since the update (which took me over 20 times on bluetooth to actually get), pressing and holding the left button now brings up your fitbit pay information - not notifications. Swiping from top to bottom should bring up the texts or notifications, however, mine are not working - also since the update. I have checked setting on the actual Ionic - they are enabled.  I have checked notificaitons on the IOS - enabled.  I have checked from the Fitbit ap - enabled.....yet - NO notifications.  So frustrated.
