My Luxe needs to be returned and doesn’t work, is there another way (other than deleting my account) to remove personal information from the watch?

@Jenni203 At its core, the Luxe is a very basic tracker. It doesn’t have an NFC chip and you can’t add third party apps. It also only stores the last seven days of steps, heart rate, sleep, etc. I think you can feel comfortable about returning it without clearing your data. If you can’t read the screen, then no one else can, either.
