Hi there, @llwest50. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums. Thanks for the details provided in your post, we'll be glad to help you to set up your new Luxe.

As @JohnnyRow has suggested, before unpairing your old Fitbit device and setting up the new one, make sure that you've already synced your old Luxe so you avoid any data loss. If you run into any issues while trying JohnnyRow's steps, please try the following:

  • Unpair your old Luxe from your phone's Bluetooth and Fitbit app.
  • Force quit the Fitbit app.
  • Turn off other Bluetooth connections when not in use. This can help to prevent connectivity issues or Bluetooth interference.
  • Shut off your phone and turn it on after 1-2 minutes.
  • Turn on the Bluetooth on your phone.
  • Plug it into the charging cable and open the Fitbit app.
  • Set up your new Luxe again.
  • If there is no connection, restart your Luxe.

Let us know how it goes.

First thing, force sync from old Luxe to get all data from current luxe to database. Then

In phone app from Today screen, tap icon at top left to go to 'Connected to Fitbit" screen, then "Add more devices"; choose Luxe; it will say something like 'you already have one connected. Are you replacing it?' say yes and continue answering questions and it takes care of everything for you.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.
