7/13 Update: We’re continuing to roll out this firmware for the Luxe Firmware Update 194.61, and expect more customers are able to update their devices. This is a progressive rollout and all customers can expect to have it within a few weeks. We release updates in phases so that we can monitor performance closely and make adjustments if needed. If you don't see the option to update, don't worry - you'll have it soon!
We’re excited to announce that a firmware update version 194.61 for Luxe will be available soon! Some of you might already have this update available. If you installed it, let us know what you think!
We release updates to customers in phases. If you don’t see it, check the Fitbit app in a few days, and you’ll see a message when you can install the update. We appreciate your patience while we get this update to all of our customers.
*Firmware releases are not distributed based on region or location and can reach anyone no matter where you reside. We do not recommend performing a factory reset to force the update to your device as your data will be lost and you may not get the update. Please be patient and wait until you see the update banner inside of the Fitbit app to begin the firmware download.

Exercise no longer shows any heartrate info? Just came from a walk and no HR data related to it. Just duration, zone minutes (useless), steps and energy burned. The reason I wear a HR device while exercising is to get the HR info!

Unfortunately, the update(s) (194.61/194.91) does not repair any of the functions that the Luxe once had. I ended up switching to the brand that begins with the letter G. Was getting beyond frustrated. It's really to bad because when my Luxe did function properly, I liked a lot. Fitbit needs to hear the consumer and try to fix this major bug.

@LizzyFitbit why you (Fitbit) is not informing customers about the new firmware version 194.91 and more important one, why is not publishing the release notes and fixed issues as you made for 194.61 before?
I have received dirently the new 194.91, but unfortunately it does not repair the battery issues and I'm getting beyond frustrated. I'm looking into another brands for this Xmas as now I'm done with Fitbit definitely after expending 6 months with battery issues, that are not fixed with the troubleshooting steps you publish for dummies, which by the way is a waste of anybody's time as this is bassically to reset the watch, something we all learned from watching "The IT Crowd" series.

Same here! Received the latest update 194.91 last week! Battery only lasting 36hrs (if I’m lucky) also the battery life numbers are all over the place!
Example…… battery at 16% this morning so put on charge and 10 minutes later says 100% so I go and try opening the luxe and it says 59% so put back on charge and it’s says 39% I’m getting so frustrated with it!

I downloaded the new firmware 2 days ago. My Fitbit worked for a day and a half without shutting off after an alarm went off or a flurry of notification buzzes. Until it did.
Now it’s back to not only shutting off during buzzes but randomly in the night so my sleep data is inaccurate.
I have done the clock face switch, the reset user data trick, the three button charging cable trick, the device restart trick, and now with the firmware update doing nothing to resolve, I’ll just have to open up my case number again for support. And maybe consider switching brands.

Sounds like you have a battery issue. I had a similar issue on mine and I recalibrated the battery.
To do this, drain the Fitbit so it won't turn on. Then leave another hour.
Charge it up again to 100%, then leave another hour.
If the battery is not very good, it won't magically get it working, but the battery percentage should be more reliable now.
