My luxe has developed these colored lines? I woke up and my luxe screen was like this. It’s still responding and syncing to my phone. It’s barely a month old

My Luxe started doing this Sunday. I came here to the forum and have changed the click face and restarted multiple times. Still getting lines or no display.

I had the exact same problem with my Luxe after less than 2 weeks use. Tried all of the fixes which worked the first time but no longer after that. Ended up returning it to the store and got a replacement luckily. So far so good, but it’s only been 2 weeks. Had an Inspire HR for 4 years previously, not one problem. Now have my fingers crossed that the replacement one keeps working.

Hi, I've been reading the responses and trying all your suggestions for my luxe--mine also just has lines all of a sudden. I purchased mine 1/1/23 so it's not a year old yet either. When i try the restart, I can feel the slight vibration after each time I hold the button on the charger and after the third time I see a faint gray bar (?) in the center of the screen but then nothing. I can't try resetting my clockface because the screen remains black.
what else can i try?

update: I realized I wasn't correctly reading your advice to change the clock face. so i went back and tried again and I changed the clock face from Ariel (i think) to Simpler. now instead of the colored lines across the screen, i have 4 gray ones.

My Luxe has lines as well...I changed the clock face I just have different colored lines now..It was a gift from my daughter, I started wearing it July 5/23 I did have to restart once before but can't now as I only have lines on my screen..any help would be appreciated thanks

This is also happening to me. I have tried changing the clock but it will not connect. I have tried resetting it via the charger but do not get the Fitbit symbol. As the screen is blank I can not go to settings on it. I have not had the Luxe for only a short time and am very disappointed. Help please.

This is also happening to my Luxe. I tried resetting it and now it is completely black. I tried changing the clock but it did nothing. I also tried charging it for a few minutes and nothing. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

AndreaFitbit I was sent a replacement device and I hope it will work as it should. Was there a batch of bad microchips or something? Seems odd so many if us with a Luxe are having the same screen failures after a few months of use?

Same problem here. It started last Friday with a glitch, worked well untill Sunday afternoon. After that no screen anymore except for the colored lines. Resetting does not work. As for changing the clock face, every one I look it says unavailable because it's not compatible with a Luxe.
Anyone an idea?

We have the same issue. Every screen has lines and we tried changing clockface and resetting. I bought this for my mom as a mothers day gift but we didn't actually set it up until last month. It worked great until she found the lines while away last week.
