Luxe shows nothing but a QR-Code

Hi, i bought a Fitbit Luxe in the Fitbit Brand Store on Amazon. But the tracker doesn't react to taps on the Screen or anything else, even after loading it over night. The only thing it does is showing a QR-Code when clipped onto the charger or if the button on the cable is pressed. Scanning the code didn't help, it only gives out some letters and numbers. Also my Bluetooth can't find the tracker. Even after trying to restart the tracker by pressing the button on the loading cable three times doesn't change anything. Did i buy a broken product, perhaps even from a fake seller? Or can i do anything to fix the issue?

Hi @Timm0984  any chance you can take a picture to share? I have a Luxe which came from Fitbit.com. On the back of it, there is the Fitbit logo. When I press the restart button on the charger, what pops up is the Fitbit logo, not a QR-Code. Did your device arrive in a box or anything to let you know it's authentic? Also, please don't keep it on the charger overnight. The Luxe is generally charged up in about two hours.
