My Luxe stopped scrolling up & down or sideways. I cannot see any features except for the classic watch face. I have tried reconnecting and disconnecting it to my phone and am not able to restart the Luxe because the restart option is something I would have to scroll on the watch for. Has anybody else also experienced this? Any solutions?
Mine only scrolls or even shows the time with LOTS of tapping! I have not got the new update yet so maybe that will help when ever I get it MAYBE?? Thanks for the reply..at least it is not only me!!
Same with mine and I have installed the newest update. This is my 3ed Fitbit and about to be my last. I have had issue with all of them. Totally disgusted with this product!
