Luxe won’t scroll

My Luxe stopped scrolling up & down or sideways. I cannot see any features except for the classic watch face. I have tried reconnecting and disconnecting it to my phone and am not able to restart the Luxe because the restart option is something I would have to scroll on the watch for. Has anybody else also experienced this? Any solutions?

I am having the same problem...no scrolling and have to tap often to see the time too!!

Mine just started doing same..won't reboot from the charger either.  So frustrated

Mine only scrolls or even shows the time with LOTS of tapping!
I have not got the new update yet so maybe that will help when ever I get
it MAYBE??

Same with mine and I have installed the newest update. This is my 3ed Fitbit and about to be my last. I have had issue with all of them. Totally disgusted with this product!
