Hi before I had my first son I got down to 254lbs. It might sound like a lot but that was down from 400lbs. While pregnant with my son I gained 43lb. I managed to lose 33 of it. I started wondering why the last ten pounds just wouldn't come off, then found out that I was pregnant with my second child. I am very Blessed and ThankGod for both of my children. With my second son I gained 29 pounds. Now I'm at a staggering 278lbs and ready for it to go. Lets get motivated ppl.

Hey guys,
I am in a similar boat, I get my fitbit tomorrow but started dieting in the New Year. In total I have lost 12lbs but 78lbs to go so same as you. I've struggled with my weight and lost 85lbs a few years ago but it slowly came back on after a very unfortunate few years of what can only be described some of th emost depressing years of my life and I am only 26.
However, I am now motivated, already losing weight and would love to have other like minded health concise and motivational people that want change in their life to support me.
Thanks
Kiki

Wow, this was a good read. My issues is sugar or anything white. My hardest point are when I get off of work. I think it's more because I'm alone with kids and depression of just being alone takes a toll on me. Your read was a grate motivater and I thank you.

Thanks for the information. I have 80+ lbs to go and am trying the low carb and it seems to work. I love fruit though so that is a little tough for me. I have the same mindset, trying to do the active things that I used to when I was younger.

I've had my Zip for about a year now, loved it all the way. The daily chalenges are the best for me because it gives me something to work towards. I don't like losing so it pushes me to get those extra steps in. Give those a try!

I'm with you. It's not easy. I have a lot to lose also. Let's help each other. My Fitbit Flex is charging now. Yesterday the battery died and I left my charger plugged into my computer at work ... YIKES! So no steps counted today so far. Great thing is we can start our day over any time we want ... I believe in you.
