Valentines Day to Easter Challenge 2016

Welcome to the next challenge! Smiley Very Happy

 

This one will run from Valentines day to Easter, so from February 14th to March 27th. Everyone and anyone can join this challenge in which we all set our own weight loss goals, this gives us 7 weeks in total to work towards them! Smiley Happy

 

This group of lovely people provides encouraging support and words of advice as we all share our experiences, good and bad. It has proved beyond helpful to myself and many others as we become healthier and achieve amazing things.

 

To be part of the challenge you start by posting your initial weight stats and what you would like to achieve by the end of the challenge. You can then check in as often as you'd like with a weight update, to share a story from your week or start a conversation about a topic you'd like some advice on.

A little rundown of terminology for anyone who is new: 

 

USW- Ultimate Starting Weight

CSW- Current Starting Weight

GW- Goal Weight

UGW- Ultimate Goal Weight

PW- Previous Weight

CW- Current Weight

MFP- My Fitness Pal

I would like to join after putting on a couple of stone I feel I need a bit of motivation and someone to give me a kick up the preverbial "bottom".

 

If I can loose 7+ lbs between valentines day to easter I will be happy.

 

I do WW and weigh in on a Tuesday so will update every Wednesday xxx

I'm in again. I hope I will succeed this time. Other than newborn grandchildren in the picture, there are no birthdays that I have to worry about except for Hubby on the 18th. I've had birthdays from the 1st of Feb to the 10th. Then Valentine's day on the 14th. Feb. is not the month for me to really lose unless it's the end of the month. Woman Frustrated

This is my first challenge!  Got my FitBit 4 weeks ago.  In the last week I've been hooked about meeting all my goals for the day.  I have a Mediterranean Cruise in June for my 35th birthday, and I want to be down to at least 170 by then.

Wow lots of newbies starting early and that is great. Most of us are still over on the New Years to Valentine's Day Challenge. We will be here on 2/15 to join you. I'm 8 lbs from my goal that I hit 2 months ago and then didn't maintain, darn it, so I'll be here in 3 days. I'm pledging to eat one little piece of dark chocolate on Valentine's Day and no more.

goal weigh  Easter   134

Very doable and then I need to maintain it!!!
