@HoosierDaddy73 I am pretty sure that @Jotex is doing a screenshot of TrendWeight from her phone — which shows 4 weeks of data — and cropping a bit for a post like this:02453175-2883-4ABC-9418-914DAA5AC73E.jpeg

You can get other time periods in your graph when signing on to TW from you computer.

Congrats on your new scale!

Absolutely correct @Baltoscott. I only occasionally log in on my computer (too lazy to go turn it on) so take a screenshot on my iPhone. On the computer you can see more, even all, dates since you’ve started recording your weight. Welcome and good luck @HoosierDaddy73.

Here comes the first major challenge.  We are having guests tonight for my famous fish fry with all of the trimmings!  My guests LOVE my deep fried perch and walleye as much as I do.  The plan - Have a large glass of ice water (instead of beer), eat small portions and no dessert.  I dropped almost 3 lbs this week; I don't want to spoil the progress.

Social events are a huge challenge to weight loss.  I wish you success @BillyD3711.  If it were me, I would add a huge salad to the table — maybe a baby spinach mixed greens mix with a lot of chopped cucumbers and tomatoes, olives, onions (or whatever you’ll eat) — and then mix in my portion of fish on that.  It is important to fill your belly with something while everyone else is eating.  Makes it easier not to slip up.

I stopped my bulk on 5/13 and am trying to maintain my weight at around 168 lbs until mid-June or so.  So far so good.  My weight change from last week was -0.1 lbs

Based on my past weight change and typical activity level, I calculated that I would need to eat between 2800-3000 cal/day in order to maintain my weight.  Last week I was right in the middle of that range at about 2900 cal/day.

Jan. 6, 2017:        202.3 lbs (initial starting weight)

Bulking Phase began 12/17

                                             Ave. daily calories in last week.

  • Sun, 12/17   159.3 lbs

  • Sun, 4/22     167.8 lbs  3036
  • Sun, 4/29:    167.8 lbs  2956

  • Sun, 5/13:    168.3 lbs  3073

Can I ask how you are able to embed/import the full trend weight dashboard like you did here? I'm a new user of that system. From the dashboard I assumed the way to share the information via this forum would be by clicking on the "share" button; then clicking on the appropriate sharable link (2 weeks, 4 weeks, all time, etc). But when I paste that link into this thread it only gives me the chart -- whereas your information below shows the information at the bottom "weight change over time". Maybe you are just copying and pasting?

Thanks for the help,

Hi @HoosierDaddy73 - I access TW on my iPhone and just make a screenshot and then in Photos I crop it. When I log in here, I report and then click on the icon to ‘Add a Photo’ and select that screenshot. Hope this helps.

Very disappointed in myself as the numbers have crept up again. But then, I have not kept strictly to my keto diet so I should not be surprised. I almost didn’t report this week because I just wanted to hide... #bereal #getoverit #moveforward

I ended a 20-week massing phase at 64.4 kg two week ago. My plan is now to maintain at 64-65 kg for the next four weeks. Looks like I’m having problems staying within my maintenance range, as I further lost since the previous week:

Week 0, ending 7-May-18: 64.4 kg (17.2%), 16.9k steps, 2947 cal. -> -0.40 kg

Week 1, ending 14-May-18: 63.9 kg (17.1%), 14.7k steps, 2876 cal. -> -0.46 kg

Week 2, ending 21-May-18: 63.7 kg (17.0%), 15.8k steps, 2828 cal. -> -0.17 kg

I’ll try to "fix" this during week 3, but I’m almost sure my forthcoming trip to Portugal on week 4 will bring me back to the 64-65 kg bracket.

Funny how we’re almost in sync with @Baltoscott in our bulking/maintenance/cutting phases. I’ll start cutting about 10 days before him, upon return from Portugal on 4-Jun.

Glad you didn't "hide".  Hang in there.  It's why I'm here.  It's way too easy for me to "hide" from myself, make excuses, "start over tomorrow" when I'm not posting.  Refocus on your goal; you know you can do it.

Lost 1.1 pounds this week(-26.8 total) to 244.2, just shy of 10% of my starting weight. Sure is nice to have clothes fitting better and buying smaller sizes. Still have a ways to go, but I'm happy the way things are going.

I ended a 20-week massing phase at 64.4 kg three weeks ago and the plan was to maintain at 64-65 kg for the next four weeks. After three consecutive weeks of dropping weight, I’m back into the maintenance range:

Week 0, ending 7-May-18: 64.4 kg (17.2%), 16.9k steps, 2947 cal. -> -0.40 kg

Week 1, ending 14-May-18: 63.9 kg (17.1%), 14.7k steps, 2876 cal. -> -0.46 kg

Week 2, ending 21-May-18: 63.7 kg (17.0%), 15.8k steps, 2828 cal. -> -0.17 kg

Week 3, ending 28-May-18: 64.0 kg (16.9%),  14.2k steps, 2819 cal. -> +0.26 kg

I’ll be travelling to Portugal this week from Thurday to Monday (lots of social events) and I’ll try to stay in the 64-65 kg bracket at the end of week 4.

@BillyD3711 - how did it go when y’all had the fish fry? I liked @Baltoscott‘s suggestions - the healthy food ideas were great!

Hello Jotex.  Thanks for asking about the fish fry.  It was a huge success!  Everyone loves my fish.  However, I should have taken Baltoscott's advice.  I definitely consumed much more than I burned that day.  Currently, I'm spending time in a rural spot where internet is sketchy and no scale.  It'll be interesting to see where I'm at when I return to civilization.
