I went backwards this week.Lots of socialising and it shows. I will have to reign myself in a little.

 

To the newcomers: I think the main thing to do is to stick at it especially when progress is going in the wrong direction. Weighing myself every Monday morning and posting it here gives me an opportunity to reflect on my week. Reading other peoples posts is inspiring and helps me stay focused.

Monday morning is here again. Very happy with my weigh in. A half a kilo loss is perfect for me. I can sustain this quite happily.

I've been at this for four weeks..........lost

Dec 27th...............1.46.1 lbs
current weight.... 141.4 lbs 
 
so far- 4.7 lbs!!    🙂   walking 10,000 to 14,000 steps per day.  have to work on my water intake.

I believe this is a great way to keep accountability of your weigh ins, and even to know that you'll need to post a weigh in will develop consistency and perseverance that we usually lose whenever we are on this journey alone.

All the Saturday Snowstorm Jonas eating/not moving caught up with me. And there was no amount of shoveling snow on Sunday that could account for that! But a loss is a loss, no matter how small. 🙂

Hi everyone, I have to post my weight today as my husband and I are going hiking from this afternoon till either Tuesday night or wednesday. I hope your week has been rewarding.and all the best for next week.

  Starting weight 1.1.16     68kgs

 Total lost      6.2 kgs   

 I don't know how our fitbits will work while we hike but I will record everything in a note book each night and put it into the computer manually when we get home if it doesn't work by itself.
