Sounds like you are going to do IF ( Intermitted fasting) I am a BIG believer and do this too.
I am able to write on the site now as I 'sneak' in via my email when a mail from someone in the group arrives there. I can rely to them and it brings me here with the happy possibility of posting adn replying too 🙂

I hope this shows up;I replied to one of my replies as there is no place to post or write as far as I can see.
So this week I weighed in at 134.2lbs . I am happy to say that I have released 30 lbs since last July and arrived at this weigh in December 2019. I am so happy to report that my weight has held steady all the way since then. I may want to release a further 5 lbs to hit 129lbs but will get onto that once we are free to move around more and not be in the house all day with boredom causing eating.
I like to ride my bike everyday for an hour in the woods around here. I need to get back to walking though.

Oh dear. I reported my starting weight last week at 65 kilos and today it is {gulp} 66! Definitely not the direction I was hoping for. I may have to go back to IF and the Keto diet to change things around. I also hurt my knee somehow @3 weeks ago, which has seriously cut into my daily steps and exercise regime. Time to get moving again... carefully.

@Jotex Most people weigh more on Monday than any other day (or Tuesday) because most eat more on weekends. Does that apply to your weight today? I'll bet you will weigh less by Friday no matter what.

I replied to this via my email and now I see it here. will wait to see if the first reply appears before writing my long response again. the very short version is allow your knee to heal you don't need to exercise to loose weight just fix your eating. thats what I did and all was released.

@Glenda @and @MarilynL — thank you both SO MUCH for taking the time to respond, and for your excellent tips! Yes, @Glenda, I do tend to eat more on weekends ... a very old habit that is hard to break. If I don’t forget, I’ll report back on Friday and we can see if I fit into the ‘normal’ category. 😂
@MarilynL - I saw both of your posts when I got home a little while ago and got my car unloaded and everything brought up to our apartment (that took about ½ hour! But I got a lot of steps, but not TOO many.) A good friend is moving back to the States and gave me a lot of her pot plants, etc.
I really appreciate your advice and sharing from your experience. I had hoped to gradually work up my step goal to, well, above 10,000 steps/day at least. But might hold off a little longer on that to give the healing process more time. Will also be sure to keep eating healthy food and keep my eye on the sneaky snacks. 🙃

Thanks @MarilynL! Yes, I’m very happy to get the plants, pots, etc. Unfortunately my knee has hurt all day. 😥

It is Friday 7 / 10 / 20 and I'm going to do my weekly weigh ins on Fridays. Today I weigh 117.2 which is better than last Friday which I think was 118. I'm disappointed since yesterday I was 116.4 but maybe it will look like better progress next Friday this way. ?

Starting Weight (4/21/2019): 203lbs
Starting Weight this Week: 164lbs
Current Weight (7/10/2020): 162.2lbs
Ultimate Goal: between 130-140lbs
Getting back into being super constant with my calorie tracking/working out after a brief diet break, mostly caused by current events.

Starting weight 30.6.20: 65 Kilos
Current weight: 11.7.20: 66.2 Kilos
Goal: 60 kilos
Unfortunately I am going in the terribly wrong direction. My knee pain has interfered with exercise and walking plans, and if I’m now honest, I can see I’ve looked for snacky kinds of things to eat because standing awhile hurts. I have got to snap out of this!

Slightly slow progress this past month but down to 92.8kg as of today (11/7/20).
So that's 5.5kg lost so far and about 0.5kg a week since I last checked in on 22/6/20.....must try a little harder!
Still REALLY happy with my FitBit Inspire HR: for one thing, the battery life is great!

Starting Weight: 163.6 lbs (July 5, 2020)
Goal Weight: 159 lbs
Current Weight: 163.8 lbs
Up .2 lbs this week. I decided to rerun my weight trend from the beginning of the year (as opposed to over the past 8 years or so that I have data for). It shows me down slightly from the beginning of the year.
But I need to flip the three month trend. To hit my goal of dropping about 1/2 lbs a week, TrendWeight says I have to cut about 400 calories a day. That may mean I have to start calorie counting again, but I’m going to take a couple of months to work on habits first and see how it goes. Noticing that I’ve had a few more beers on Fridays and Saturdays that usual, and I’ve caught myself snacking some in the afternoons. Going to pay more attention to that this week, and up my awareness about other times I’m eating/drinking without really thinking about it.
You must cut 384 cal/day

As usual I cannot post but only reply . Got to get over that. At least today it did not ask me for all types of PW!!!
A miracle happened today. I hit 132.8- have not been here since 4.3.2014! The joke is that yesterday I went on a fruit and nut binge - what a treat. I loved it and I am allowing that again today. So I wanted to see where I was today and low and behold! I am not questioning.
One thing that I have noticed over the last about 2 weeks is that I have been really tired in the afternoon adn actually taking a nap. Have been dying for fruit and had planned it for a prize when I hit 133 whenever that happened.
Yesterday when I woke from the nap I said thats it. Donned my mask and took myself off the Trader Joes and stocked up on fruit- peaches, bananas, cherries, plums yum yum yum! Also stocked up on salty crunchy almond butter, pistachios, almonds and Brazil nuts. I had quite the party so you can understand why I was checking up on what damage was done. Who knows what things will be tomorrow but I am thinking of all the good nutrients and endorphins at the moment.
