New here as well. I ran two miles yesterday and wondering how I can (or if I can) log it to my activity logs.

You are welcome @jduncan395
Consider to use another (phone) app such as Endomondo (tracks all kind of activities (running, cycling,..), it's free to use but has premium features as well. This reliefs the stress of logging each workout seperately, 'cause it can be linked to the fitbit account.
https://www.fitbit.com/apps/endomondo
Which tracker do you have @Trackster_Sam ?
Depending on the tracker, when turning on / (off after the activity) 'activity mode/sleep mode' but when running, the tracker knows you are running and displays the pace, calories burned.. automaticly in the log. It automaticly be uploaded to the account at sync'ing and shows up on the activities page.
It's possible to log activities manually, however more convenient when it appears 'magically'.

Along with many of you, I was lucky enough to get a Fitbit for Christmas. I definitely need all the help and motivation I can get!

why can i only see fodd from the u.s.a, china, france and Holland. Surely if the produxt is sold in the u.k then they should have a food plan for here too
How am I supposed to accurately record my food when I don't recognise half of the stuff on there?

Hi, I'm new too. I just got my Charge for Christmas and activated it today. I'm so happy to be able to have this great tool. But I'm a little confused. I have only registered under a 1,000 steps taken today but show 1500 calories burned??? There's no way I burned that many calories. I have a desk job
