Hi everyone 😊

 

  1. Where in the world are you? I'm from Portsmouth in England.
  2. What is your current health/fitness goal? Just want to get a bit fitter and lose a bit more weight (24 lb). I currently walk 3 miles briskly each day if I can but want to get this to jogging that distance or at least half of it. being just in my 60s a lot of sports seem to get ruled out that I enjoyed when I was younger and fitter.
  3. How do you like to stay fit? Doing active things that don't stress the body out too much - LOL
  4. What motivates you? When I can see an improvement in time it takes to do my walk and/or a few pounds have come off.
  5. Favorite guilty pleasure: I've been eating a keto diet for 2 years so anything that's is not allowed is a guilty pleasure, but If I had to choose one it would be granary bread with lots of butter 😁

  2. What is your current health/fitness goal?  Strength, and since lock down, lose weight
  3. How do you like to stay fit? run with my dog, bought some gym equipment with videos, morning and evening routine with them, then meditation
  4. What motivates you? My dog, and at 63 years don't want to fall into any bad habits.
  5. Favorite guilty pleasure. Chocolates

lbs and keep my sugar under control I work out to exercise tapes I started
taking walks since its no e out I am motivated to lose weight and take care
of my health and study I g diabetes care because so don't want to go
through what my mom did Guilty pleasures honey mustard pretzels peanut

Hello all, new to the Fitbit world so just finding my way.

 

  1. Where in the world are you?  Houston, Texas (actually the beautiful, historic and diverse Montrose neighborhood!)
  2. What is your current health/fitness goal?  This may sound silly but, many people can look good with their clothes on (my wife's quote!).  My goal is to look good without clothes on!
  3. How do you like to stay fit?  All daily...early morning workouts with trainer, yoga and meditation.
  4. What motivates you?  Feeling good about myself mentally and physically.
  5. Favorite guilty pleasure?  Red wine.

  2. What is your current health/fitness goal? Most interested in keeping my insides beautiful but wouldn't mind shaping up the outside in the process. 😁
  3. How do you like to stay fit? Working and playing outdoors, working out.
  4. What motivates you? The feeling of accomplishment when a workout or chore is completed or the joy of a fun activity.
  5. Favorite guilty pleasure. 😞 food - and not the healthy kind - which is why I like to try and stay active.

Hey everyone,

 

  1. Where in the world are you? Canada-South Western Ontario
  2. What is your current health/fitness goal? My current goal is to drop weight, and work on my flexibility. I
  3. How do you like to stay fit? I am currently using Beachbody workouts (not a coach, or trying to preach-just have a few soulmate trainers-can you have more than one?;)) I recently added in Yoga, and I do walks as well.
  4. What motivates you? Staying Earthside with my son has been my biggest motivation lately.
  5. Favorite guilty pleasure?- Probably binge watching Netflix series, its embarrassing actually.

Hello - back after a while away!

 

  1. Where in the world are you? I live in Scotland, United Kingdom, in a small town near to beautiful countryside and not far from wonderful beaches.
  2. What is your current health/fitness goal? I would like to lose the 20 pounds regained over the past six months.  Also to get back into a regular habit of brisk walking every day.
  3. How do you like to stay fit? I love to walk.  No special clothing or equipment needed, no gym membership, and a chance to breathe fresh air and enjoy the changing scenery.
  4. What motivates you? To be able to wear the lovely clothes I bought before I put on the weight.  Also to improve my health so I have the energy to withstand life's stresses more effectively and recover more quickly from illnesses.
  5. Favourite guilty pleasure? 

    There are quite a few: A hot bath, glass of wine, big cup of tea, sitting under a heated blanket and watching catchup TV (history, travel, good drama like Columbo or Agatha Christie classics).  All together in one evening = great pleasure!

choir at my church I like art music playing guitar doing ceramics taking
pictures read I g journaling I take walks I workout to e excise takes I do
Pilates and aerobics
