hi im harshil in from Markham Ontario. my goal is to loose weight cuz im over weight and i did it and lost 7 kilos. well i would do intermediate fasting every day which means not eating anything for 16 hours and i would drink green tea and drink something called jerra water. what motivates me is playing cricket cause im an extremely fast bowler and cricket is my life. my favorite pleasure🍕 is pizza

    My name is Lisa.. I will be 40 (gag)! On 9 /16. I. Have a few goals but maybe juat one at a timw is best to begin....my first Fitbit was the zip I think its called and went all in and got the coaching for the versa lite the mulberry pretty one!  One....i jhave kidney faikure and am sideline to the transplant list here in central Florida.knkw what thou ive never been more excited for it to most likely say a 2 YR wait fir my kidney. O+ match and im behond excited despite my fears in this WORLD of anything u can imagine. As of last week....funnction is a 24 % but dr says they are great at adaptive stuff somehow? So since not Any restricted things yet im hoping to maintain gain 120 lbs wjen I do get a call to surgery ill be abke to survive it.....im also hoping he didnt really mean I shoukd take a covid vaccine vaccin...ughhhhalso my eat / h20 OS NOT under strict measure and mh meds are almost cut out for good now....fhis I hope here can keep froends motivation ideas and accountability as florsau is a heat hell jungle this YEAR....AND most of all BEINF a depressive anxiety sufferer gone worse I hope sleep and you all may HELP me get well moods back ....as we know exercise is first thing !!I love electronic toys but this ones a 😵 doozy haha. Im seeking challenges...and any new move my **ahem** ideas bc I get less inclined on tracking most days. Um....due to heat here swimming.  I need a new bike....dog loves walks sonmaybe hikes w her will be fun....no running ever PLS 😂 motivation iss new nice electronics such as these and my health coverage has one of the bigges gyms avail to us member s 24/7 and free...considering a trainer for to kick start the weifgt gain im alwaus abt 110 need abt 125. Friends friends friends motivate Me but still setting up as lots like apps 😣 I ESP want Spotify ln my versa 2 lite...and the starbucks cards a winner in motivation...my 13 ur old maybe we can do this together too eventually as I love oosting oics of my red face after sweat sessions etc...and seeing yalls....maybe ideas for beach activity?? Im So close to one..a major last motivation is niw I hear I do maybe fet to have my job back and be at home too...find lots a reasons just to go outside these days ! Why not fit i steps or short pace dlwn the street?

GUILTY PLEASURES......BED FOR DAYSSSS.....SOME TV SUCH AS NETFLIX AS WELL AS ICE CREAM THE TALENTI GELATO TO BE FT ...AND BIGGEST SUGARIEST STARBUCKS I CAN GET......so ive purchased the thermos bottle and it came yesterday expensive but super cool idea injist wish its not the 24 oz size I believe?? Javent had a fitbit sync w it yet but syncing is wearing me out and oh....MY super Walmart walk last night erned me finally a fireworks display and hekd its Bluetooth for the most time uet....a week oldlss but hey...super pretty w the clock and mulberry watch ive got...find me ....i cant wait to meet yall lotss bc of the tech HEKP lol but all reasons....what are YOU going to accomplish with me today?? Any cool challenges out there?? Oops motivator theb ill hush used to rock lots of fabletics nice stuff.....any other cool gear besides this Fitbit obviously? Women know thats half the fun.  Say hey need buds k?? Goos morning and meet u soon?

Hi I'm Kathy and I got a fit bit about a month ago. I was reluctant to get it because now its a constant reminder to step more than yesterday and my family is getting fed up of me constantly stepping!!! lol. I'm loving it and its making me even more active than before. I live in Herts in the UK, I'm currently working from home so I can step every hour to get my 9 out of 9!! I run 3 times a week with my hubby (well I'm far behind him) and just motivate each other to keep going. I love chocolate so I don't feel bad eating half a big bar of wholenut on a Saturday night watching a movie... because Sunday morning I'm out doing a 10k. I love cheering people on when I see their goals posted so if you see my post, give me a cheer please.

Hello, 

I'm Selkie and live in the San Francisco Bay Area.

My goal is to walk 10,000 steps daily and too loose 15 pounds. 

I like to walk and do mat exercises. My favorite walk is a 3 mile paved hill that's pretty steep. 

Feeling better motivates me. I like to take care of myself. 

My favorite is ice cream - I have to be careful not to bring it home too often.
