Bluetooth not recognizing Fitbit One since IOS update

Since completing the IOS 13 update this past weekend, I my iPhone will not recognize my Fitbit one.  Therefore I cannot sync.  Very frustrating.  Is this their way of phasing out the ONE?  Kind of stinks if it is!

I have done this multiple times and it did not work.

Thanks so much ... This worked ...going to print it out in case it seizes up again. Don't know why it seized up in the first place.

Also having the same problem.  I have to turn bluetooth off then back on and it will sync then - sometimes. I have an Android phone and Mac computer
