Fitbit One header not coming up with calorie count

Calories are not showing up only fat carbohydrates protein etc. can somebody know how to fix this please I've written a Fitbit they've not help me it's been this way for over a week

@Mermaid64 Welcome to the Fitbit family! You should be able to see the calories tile on the app's dashboard. If you don't see the tile at all; it may be hidden. To get it back, follow these steps.

 

Now, you can also see calories burned on any exercise log you may have. Tap the exercise tile and you will see a list of all your exercises. Over those, you will see a small flame icon that will tell the calories you have burned. Check the picture below!
