@Danadale Thanks for participating in our Fitbit Community! Seems odd that your Fitbit One didn't sync all the steps that you really walked. I would like to know a couple of details; did this issue happen only once or has it happened other times.
In the meantime, please restart your One as advised in Marre's post. This will refresh your tracker internally. Finally test your tracker and see if the issue gets resolved.

Thank you, it only happened that one time and started counting again later that night, what do I do to restart it if it happens again ?

@Danadale Thanks for getting back! I'm glad to hear that you Fitbit is working properly now. I believe that there was a little glitch that affected the steps counting. Don't hesitate to get back if more assistance is needed.
