My One only tracks active minutes sporadically and I am *VERY* frustrated. I just walked 25 minutes VERY briskly without pausing. No active minutes were tracked. WHY is this happening? Is it a glitch? Is my one year old One just nearing the end of its life span? (I would be pretty disappointed if that were the case.) Any ideas? (Please don't say "you weren't walking fast enough" or "you must have paused." I was and I didn't.)

I did try restarting it twice and it doesn't seem to have solved thr problem. My activity this week hasn't been any different from previous weeks, but my active minutes are half what they usually are.
