One not syncing

Since the last update on May 6th, 2016, my one has no synced..Anyone else

having this issue?

just got my first FitBit and have only been able to get it to sync once. Have tried using both Bluetooth and the sync dongle -- neither seem to work.

I rebooted my one, and now he's sincing again! Maybe you can do also.

I'm having the same problem. Once I reboot it, it syncs for a limited time and then stops. I have to reboot it approximately once per day. I'm also having the problem that the battery life is severely shortened - I used to charge once per week and have had to charge it once a day since these problems started. Ideas? Anyone else having battery life issues?

I have had my fitbit one for about one year.  Now it seems I have to reboot, (move dogle) every day.  Not a good track record.  Anyone have any comments from the company?

Mine stopped Friday! So unfortunate! I really need to know how to reboot it like the community keeps saying I should try

I had same thing. It took turning fitbit off, then on (reset), UninstallING and reinstalling the app and restarting my phone! It is syncing now
We'll see how it goes.

Same thing happened to me. Last update May 6. Can't get it to no matter what I try.

I can't get it to log into the computer or even track on my cell anymore. I have uninstalled it and tried to install again and nothing happens. What am I to do now?
