Since yesterday evening, I have been unable to sync my FitBit One with my Android phone. I have tried restarting the phone and reinstalling the app but this hasn't fixed the issue. Is anyone else having problems? =(

Remove other Bluetooth devices from phone. Also try powering phone completely down and turn back on. May even try removing app and reinstalling it. If this fails try the next steps.

> 1) Restart your tracker:
> Plug your charging cable into your computer.
> Plug your Fitbit One tracker into the charging cable, making sure that the gold contacts on your tracker align with the gold contacts in the inside of the charger.
> Hold down your tracker's button for 10-12 seconds.
> Remove your tracker from the charging cable and press its button until the screen turns on.
> 2) Try the setup process again.
> 3) Reboot your mobile device (turn it off and then back on).
> 4) Try setting up your tracker again.

I just fixed mine.  Put it in the recharging thing and plug into a USB slot. Press the button until you see the firmware version (FITBIT 6.60) - about 15 seconds.  Take it out of the charger and press the button until you see your steps, and etc.  Open the app on your phone/computer and sync it.

Just had a sync problem this morning. Followed the directions from the first page of suggestions. I plugged my fitbit one into my laptop, held down the button for 15 seconds, let go and unplugged from the charger. I waited 10 seconds and when I pressed the button again it showed the version number and synced easily after that. Good luck fellow fitbiters!!!
