Unable to sync Fitbit One

Since yesterday evening, I have been unable to sync my FitBit One with my Android phone. I have tried restarting the phone and reinstalling the app but this hasn't fixed the issue. Is anyone else having problems? =(

OMG, I have not been able to sync my fitbit for 3 days, driving me crazy.   THANK YOU so much for posting your instructions.   Mine is working again!   happy walking!

That fixed mine. But I still lost 4 days. So frustrating to just have it randomly quit.

I have tried your suggestion and after attempting "add device" the app is unable to find by Fitbit One in 'search' mode.

Was having the same issues a month later after both computer and iphone6 updated.  I tried your suggestion and it worked for both.  So pleased.  Thank you so much.

Thank you so much Evie for the solution. My Fitbit One stopped syncing since 8:24 pm yesterday. Didn't think anything of it till it did the same thing today. Got frustrated but glad I kept on looking for a solution. Thanks again!

went on the forum to find a fix, it was not sincing, thanks, that worked.  But I see it did not sinc the rest of my steps for the week.....

Rebooting my Fitbit only works for a day or two and then the issues return. This seems to be an issue with the current Fitbit App.

I've just discovered that mine hasn't synced since November 3. What the hell? I have the app on my phone, I have the dongle on my computer (which the computer isn't recognising right now) 

 

This is just a joke. Up to 20,000 steps a day, not even recognised. 

 

I'm tempted to switch to another company. Does anyone have any experience with other trackers? Prefereably not the ones you wear on your wrist.
