Since yesterday evening, I have been unable to sync my FitBit One with my Android phone. I have tried restarting the phone and reinstalling the app but this hasn't fixed the issue. Is anyone else having problems? =(

Best AnswerThank you so much Evie for the solution. My Fitbit One stopped syncing since 8:24 pm yesterday. Didn't think anything of it till it did the same thing today. Got frustrated but glad I kept on looking for a solution. Thanks again!

Best AnswerRebooting my Fitbit only works for a day or two and then the issues return. This seems to be an issue with the current Fitbit App.
Best AnswerI've just discovered that mine hasn't synced since November 3. What the hell? I have the app on my phone, I have the dongle on my computer (which the computer isn't recognising right now)
This is just a joke. Up to 20,000 steps a day, not even recognised.
I'm tempted to switch to another company. Does anyone have any experience with other trackers? Prefereably not the ones you wear on your wrist.
