Since yesterday evening, I have been unable to sync my FitBit One with my Android phone. I have tried restarting the phone and reinstalling the app but this hasn't fixed the issue. Is anyone else having problems? =(

My Fitbit One only syncs anout once/week now - just extremely disappointing.  I don't have hours to spend on this.  Is there a simpler solution?

I feel your frustration. I've tried all the solutions posted here but nothing seems to work. I think that I need to contact  fitbit support but I'm not sure what they can tell me that I haven't already tried.

Worked like a charm!  Thanks so much.   Spent a couple of hours yesterday trying to fix this.  Once I read your solution, I spent 15 seconds fixing the sync problem.  Again, my thanks.

What worked for me was Evie's answer from 6-23-16. She said:
I just fixed mine. Put it in the recharging thing and plug into a USB slot. Press the button until you see the firmware version (FITBIT 6.60) - about 15 seconds. Take it out of the charger and press the button until you see your steps, and etc. Open the app on your phone/computer and sync it.

I jumped through all the hoops and tried it all with no success. I finally
decided it was probably time to get a new Fitbit. Mine was more than four
years old.

Changed out the tool and all is good to go! Thanks for checking!

I did....and it did not work. It would no longer sync anywhere (Nexus,
computer, or iPad) so I finally gave up & bought a new device, after going
through all the steps listed in the community & contacting customer
support. It's all good - I got four plus good years of daily use so it was
probably time.

Finally got it to work. My phone was in airline mode & I also restarted my
computer when I just got back from work. Thanks everyone for your replies.
It helped to know I wasn't alone.

Evie's solution of plugging into the charger then holding the button down and getting the 6 60 worked very well for me.  I was trying to help a friend who was having the same problem and besides doing that, we downloaded the newest version of Fitbit Connect to her PC.  That combination worked for her, and she is delighted at the ease of sincing now.

Thinks, but it is working fine now.

I did and realized my Fitbit simply needed to be replaced. The Bluetooth
option had gone bad....and it was way beyond warranty. Thanks for your
suggestion.
