Since yesterday evening, I have been unable to sync my FitBit One with my Android phone. I have tried restarting the phone and reinstalling the app but this hasn't fixed the issue. Is anyone else having problems? =(

Best AnswerI feel your frustration. I've tried all the solutions posted here but nothing seems to work. I think that I need to contact fitbit support but I'm not sure what they can tell me that I haven't already tried.

Best AnswerEvie's solution of plugging into the charger then holding the button down and getting the 6 60 worked very well for me. I was trying to help a friend who was having the same problem and besides doing that, we downloaded the newest version of Fitbit Connect to her PC. That combination worked for her, and she is delighted at the ease of sincing now.
